Our Move In/Move Out Cleaning provides a deep, detailed cleaning to ensure the home is fresh, sanitized, and move-in ready. We clean all rooms thoroughly, including inside cabinets (if emptied), baseboards, appliances, and high-touch surfaces—perfect for landlords, tenants, or homeowners preparing for a transition.
General (All Rooms):
Full dusting (walls, corners, baseboards, ledges, light fixtures)
Cobweb removal
Interior windows and window sills cleaned
Doors, frames, doorknobs, and light switches are disinfected
Closets and shelves cleaned inside
Vacuuming and mopping of all floors
Trash removal (client provides bags)
Kitchen:

Full cleaning of inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers (must be empty)

Countertops disinfected

Sink and faucet scrubbed and polished

Stove top and range hood degreased
-
Exterior and interior of oven and refrigerator (if selected)

Microwave (inside and outside)

Floor scrubbed and mopped
Bathrooms:

Disinfection of the toilet, sink, tub, and shower

Mirrors and fixtures are polished

Cleaning inside and outside of cabinets and drawers (must be empty)

Light switch plates and doorknobs are disinfected

Floor scrubbed and disinfected
Bedrooms & Living Areas:

Dusting and wiping of all surfaces

Baseboards and corners cleaned thoroughly

Closet shelves and rods wiped

Floor vacuumed/mopped (including under appliances or furniture if accessible)
Important Notes:

All cabinets, drawers, fridge, and oven must be empty before the cleaning begins. If not, an additional fee will apply for handling.

This service is ideal for tenants, landlords, real estate agents, or property managers.

The home must be mostly empty for best results.

"Interior oven and refrigerator cleaning are available as add-on services and are not included by default in our Move In / Move Out package. Both must be empty at the time of service. Additional fees apply."
