To confirm your cleaning appointment, a 20% deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your total bill.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, if you provide at least 24 hours' notice, the deposit may be applied to a future appointment.
If you will not be home during the service, please provide access (key, code, or instructions).
We are not responsible for missed appointments due to access issues.
If we are unable to access the property within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, the visit will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited.
Please pick up toys, clothes, and personal belongings from the floor and clear counters where possible. This allows for effective and detailed cleaning.
Please secure pets in a safe area. If our team feels unsafe due to a pet, we may reschedule or skip certain areas.
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make it right. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly return to address missed areas.
Please secure valuables and fragile items. In the rare event of accidental damage, we will evaluate and resolve the issue fairly.
If we find any item already broken or damaged in the home, we will notify you as soon as it is observed.
Our service includes only what is listed in the selected cleaning package. Tasks like organizing, dishwashing, or laundry are not included unless specified.
Garage cleaning is not included in any regular or deep cleaning service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if our staff is treated disrespectfully.
With your consent, we may take before and after photos for quality control and marketing purposes. These will never include personal or identifying details.
Cleaning times are estimates and may vary depending on the actual condition of the home.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Recurring clients will be notified in advance of any rate updates.
Full payment is due upon completion of service.
We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo. A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
