Our Post-Construction Cleaning is designed to handle the dust, debris, and residue left behind after renovations or new builds. We focus on deep cleaning all surfaces, removing fine dust, paint splatter, and construction waste to leave the space spotless, safe, and ready for move-in or presentation.

What’s Included:

Fine dust removal from all surfaces (walls, baseboards, ledges, outlets, vents)

Cleaning of windows, sills, and frames (interior)

Removal of paint splatter, adhesive, and grout haze (as safely as possible)

Detailed vacuuming and mopping of all floors

Cleaning inside and outside of cabinets and closets (must be empty)

Deep cleaning of bathrooms (toilet, tub, shower, mirrors, tiles)

Kitchen cleaning (countertops, sink, backsplash, exterior of appliances)

Trash consolidation (client provides bags or disposal method)

Sticker/film removal from glass, appliances, or mirrors

Cleaning of desks, shelving, cabinets, and open areas

Restroom deep cleaning (toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures)

Kitchenette/breakroom cleaning (sink, counters, exterior appliances)

Floor vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping

Removal of surface-level construction residue (as safely as possible)

Trash collection and consolidation
