General Areas (Reception, Offices, Common Spaces):

• Dusting of desks, shelves, furniture, and fixtures

• High-touch surface disinfection (door handles, switches, phones)

• Interior glass and mirrors cleaned

• Emptying of trash bins and replacement of liners (client provides liners)

• Vacuuming of carpets and rugs

• Sweeping and mopping of hard floors

Restrooms:

• Disinfection of toilets, urinals, sinks, and counters

• Mirrors polished

• Refill of paper products and soap dispensers (client provides supplies)

• Trash removal

• Floor scrubbed and sanitized

 

Kitchen / Breakroom Area:

• Countertops and sinks cleaned

• Exterior of microwave, fridge, and appliances wiped

• Cabinets and tables cleaned (exterior only)

• Trash emptied and liners replaced

• Floor swept and mopped

 

Other Areas (if applicable):

• Conference rooms cleaned and surfaces sanitized

• Waiting rooms and lounge areas tidied and disinfected

• Elevator and stair railings are disinfected

• Front glass doors cleaned (interior & exterior)
